Artificial intelligence is reshaping the competitive, organizational, and epistemic foundations upon which business education was built. This paper presents a comprehensive strategic and pedagogical analysis of AI's impact on MBA programs and the positioning challenge facing top-ranked business schools globally. Drawing on competitive analysis, emerging curriculum literature, and institutional strategy frameworks, the paper examines the shifts required in program content, delivery modality, faculty composition, experiential design, and corporate partnership strategy. I propose a three-tiered skills framework organized around AI literacy, functional application, and executive governance, and develop a phased implementation roadmap for leading business schools navigating this transition. I argue that schools that fail to systematically embed AI into their academic and organizational DNA risk significant reputational and revenue erosion, while those that lead this transition stand to dramatically expand their learner base, deepen corporate relevance, and redefine the standard for business leadership education in the years to come.
