Chinese newly-built innovative universitiesaresignificant to domestic innovationsystem and talents’ cultivation, and have been making tremendous influence in themodernization process of China.Their development pattern of centeringthe integration of science,industry and educationare becoming the representative models of the academic community.This paper analyzed the maincharacteristics of these universitieswith their current practices, and points out that, with new missions and philosophies, these universities take the construction ofdiversified and high-quality teachers as the breakthrough point to develop innovativetalents’ cultivation models, use excellent academic strategy tocomprehensively serve the country,establish new quality evaluation to guarantee theeducation quality, and finally reserve innovative talents for the country.
